Defense Counsel discovered 5 Repair Memos for Datamaster from Department of Health, that were not disclosed by PA, and were Denied by the Type 2 Maintenance Officer 5 times, UNDER OATH, even though repair memos were handwritten by her.

    Client Charged with Felonies of Distribution of Controlled Substance Client charged with Class B Felonies of Distribution of Controlled Substance (2 counts), punishable by 30 years in Prison. After Jury trial, Client was found NOT GUILTY of both charges.
  • DWI Dismissed & Sentence Reduced
    Client Charged with DWI Client charged with Driving While Intoxicated, punishable by up to 6 months in county jail. DWI charge was dismissed and client given a fine on a Failure to Stop charge.
  • Felony DWI 3rd Amended to Misdemeanor DWI (SIS)
    Client Charged with Felony DWI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident Client Charged with Class D Felonies of DWI 3rd and Leaving Scene of Accident, punishable by 8 years in prison, and a 10 year loss of drivers license. Felony DWI 3rd was reduced to Misdemeanor DWI 1st, with a Suspended Imposition of Sentence, Unsupervised probation, and no jail time. Felony LSA was dismissed. (With the SIS, client avoided 10 Year Denial of her License).

    Client Charged with Felony of DWI & Careless Driving Client charged with Class E Felony of DWI, punishable by 3 years in prison, and Careless Driving, punishable by $300 fine. A felony conviction would cause deportation by I.C.E. Felony reduced to misdemeanor, that keeps him eligible to apply for full citizenship.

    Client Charged with Felony of DWI 3rd Client charged with class D felony of Driving While Intoxicated, punishable by 4 years in prison. Arrest had caused revocation of his parole. Public Defender recommended that client plead guilty to Felony DWI and serve a 3 year prison sentence. I got prosecutor to DISMISS the felony, as there was NO Probable Cause for Trooper to even stop client.
  • Speeding Case Dismissed, Along with 400 Pending
    Client Charged with Infraction Speeding Client charged with infraction speeding, punishable by fine up to $300. Preparing for trial, Counsel Discovered that his Class A County failed to enact its own Speeding ordinance when it became Class A County 8 years earlier, as required to do by State law. Resulted in case DISMISSAL by Court of this case, as well as 400 OTHER pending speeding cases, due to same statutory issue.
